READ the "Call for artists" before you start your entry process.

APPLY - DEADLINE - May 2 midnight
for Application and Receipt of Payment*

 

*If PAYING BY CHECK, apply by April 28.  We don't submit your application until we RECEIVE YOUR CHECK. Unless you want to drop it off to Don Havas. Send email paaguild@gmail.com to make arrangements

ONCE ACCEPTED (notified by Monday, May 12)

LABEL ART - Make sure you print the drop-off labels, attach them to the art as shown in the document and bring the art to drop-off.
