We typically use the third Monday of the month in the SPRING (Feb, Mar, Apr, May) and FALL (Sept, Oct, Nov) to hold these events. Generally, the presentations are recorded and will be available on our site by the end of the month.

Miles DeCoster
Modern Woodcuts
Miles DeCoster will present a "slide show" of his recent prints with commentary and then demonstrate printing a two-color "chiarascuro" print.

About the Presenter: Miles DeCoster is professor emeritus at Kutztown University and has a studio and press at Goggleworks in Reading, PA. His current focus is printmaking using traditional techniques with non-toxic materials. milesdecoster.com

Textural Paintings by Award Winning Ren Hernandez
Ren will be giving a lecture about his textured paintings in mixed media that capture memories, scenes, and emotions through vibrant colors and bold brushwork.
