to support the Juried Fine Art Show with your time. The great thing is that you don't need to be a member to give a hand. It would be a good way to be introduced to the Guild.

Here is the list of tasks that you could have fun with:

2nd Photographer at the reception May 30, 1:45 to 5pm.

Art Drop Off May 26th / 2 shifts 2-4 or 4-6

Various tasks: Check In Artist, Inspect Art, Taking Art to the wall.

Greeter May 30 1:15-3

Reception Food Set Up May 30, 11:30-1:30

Reception Clean Up May 30 5-6

Raffle Sales Desk May 30 / 2 shifts - 2 to 3 & 3 to 4

Art Sales May 30 / 2 shifts - 2 to 3:30 or 3:30 to 5

You will be assisting our treasurer.

Run the Computer We will be projecting the image of art during the artist talk and the awards ceremony.

Hanging Awards as Announced. This is instead of handing the artist the ribbon.

Pick up June 30th / 2 shifts 2 to 4pm or 4 to 6pm
