It's already December or even May! Can I still join?

ABSOLUTELY! Whenever you join, your membership will run from the day we receive your payment, through August 31. Pottstown Area Artists Guild offers great promotional benefits. As a member, you and your upcoming shows are promoted on our social media, eblast, website. That in itself is worth the price of membership PLUS you are supporting an art guild that benefits the community.

Is there a discount on Membership if I join in June?

The short answer is: no. We truly believe that $35 is a great value for all the support and promotion we provide to our members—and more importantly, it’s a way for you to show that you believe in the power of the arts in our community. Of course, you’re welcome to wait until the official year begins in September... but why wait to be part of something meaningful?

Can I just send in my check and consider that a membership?

Sorry, I'm affraid not. We kindly ask that you fill out the Online Membership Form—it helps us gather the info we need to better support both you and the guild as a whole. Thanks so much for your help!

I don't live in Pottstown. Can I still join?

ABSOLUTELY! It's up to you how far you want to drive to exhibit with us or come to our Masters of Art events or to get a different audience for your art.

GIVING OF YOUR TIME/TALENTS - There are new opportunities in the works. We will only consider them if you are involved with the efforts.

Therefore, we are being bold and requesting that ALL MEMBERS be ACTIVE participants by giving a FEW HOURS FOR A TASK or taking on an ONGOING ROLE ON A COMMITTE/year.

We hope you see this request as a good thing to keep the guild moving forward in a healthy manner. Thank you!

*ARTIST or STUDENT members receive FREE SUBMISSION to the Annual Members' Show:

October 30-November 20, 2026. To be included, you must submit your artwork images and information by midnight Sept. 11th.

PAAG Membership year runs through August 31, 2027.

Even though I’ve stopped being a member of other guilds, I stay active with Pottstown Area Artists' Guild because of its inclusive nature and encouragement. R.D.

I am quite far from most gallery happenings and need to cut out some involvement, but I intend to stay a Pottstown Area Artists' Guild member for several reasons. They do a great job on their Online Gallery, Winter Members’ Show, and website. I especially love that they offer a personal member page where a PDF of my artbook can be accessed! C.M.
