In 1960, the founding artists created a mission statement that we still hold to today:
"To Promote, Inspire, and Support the Artistic Spirit Within the Community".
It's a beautiful statement. The question is: WHAT DOES THAT LOOK LIKE TODAY?
We are having a SPECIAL MEETING to get a renewed vision of where the guild is going. Your input is necessary and valuable!
Tim Greusel, a strategic planner who has helped non-profits reach their dreams, will be attending to explain the purpose of strategic planning.
WHAT IS STRATEGIC PLANNING? It’s a visioning process that looks at the future and direction of an organization and builds the goals and strategies to achieve the consensus long-term view.
