You are welcome to attend the Reception on Sunday, June 22, from 2 to 5pm with great art, artist talks, an award ceremony, cash raffle, and harpist Betsy Chapman.
In order to present you with a high-quality show, we invite a different guest juror each year who chooses the participating artists' on their creativity and use of materials. This process is called a "Juried Show"
They are also curating the show and making sure a variety of mediums and styles are represented to provide a diverse collection .
The majority of art is for sale and is waiting for it's new home.
The artist does have the option to have a piece Not For Sale (NFS) which will be designated on the art label.
During the reception
There will be designated volunteers floating around to help with the sale. Cash, Check or Credit Card are acceptable.
Throughout the remainder of the show which runs through Friday, July 11 at 4pm.
Give the name and price of the piece to the receptionist in the lobby. They will take care of the sale and add the sales tax. A red dot will be placed next to your piece.
To keep the show looking top notch, we ask you to keep the piece hanging until after the show ends, Friday, July 11 4pm.
We've set aside Saturday, July 12 from 10 to 4pm. to pick up your purchased art.
If that timing is not doable, arrangements will be made between the artist and the collector.
