How to Enter

BEFORE STARTING THE ENTRY FORM:
PLEASE READ the "Call for Artists" AND the MC3 Loan Spec Document.
Get YOUR IMAGE/S TOGETHER
for the category that best describes your art.

IMAGE SIZE and NAME FORMAT:
IDEALLY: 72 dpi / 1200 pixels longest side. Send what you have.
FILE NAME: LASTname_FIRSTname_TITLE
(ie. Smith_Joe_Eagerly Awaiting)
Have the Title, Medium, Price, Height, Width, and Depth of the art.
OPTIONAL: 30 WORDS. Tell the viewer what inspired the piece, the technique used, and/or the context.

for Entry and Receipt of Payment by CREDIT CARD
We do not consider your entry "submitted" until we RECEIVE YOUR CHECK.

BRING THE FOLLOWING TWO DOCUMENTS:
1. LABEL ART - Make sure you print the Drop-off Label Document, attach it to the art as shown in the document, and bring the art to drop-off.
2. MC3 ART LOAN FORM - Bring in the first two pages of this document.
